Behaviour
We have five simple rules that form the basis of our positive behaviour policy, these are:
- We try our best
- We are ready to learn
- We are kind
- We respect each other and ourselves
- We take pride in our school and the environment
Aims
- To promote a positive ethos and climate in the school.
- To create a consistent environment that encourages and reinforces good behaviour.
- To define acceptable standards and the principles of good behaviour.
- To encourage consistency of response to both positive and negative behaviour.
- To promote self-esteem through success, self-discipline and positive relationships.
- To ensure that the school’s expectations and strategies are widely known and understood.
- To encourage the involvement of both home and school in the implementation of this policy.
Our Behaviour & Anti-Bullying policy sets out the expectations of behaviour at Wells Hall Primary School. The staff, pupils and Governing body seek to create an environment which encourages and reinforces good behaviour and the fostering of positive attitudes. It also sets out the consequences for misdemeanours should they arise.
Please take time to read our Behaviour & Anti-Bullying policy which is available in the attachments section on this page.
